One month of Tengu Fitness Classes is behind us already- only 4 demanding workouts left;) Today  we went through the 90 /30×2 protocol with couple of exercises that should challenge you fears… Yes- chinup- in this case assisted chinup- one one of those;))) We have been working on the core strenght with TRX rollout, one recovery exercise – KB swing , nice combo with Tactical lounge walk and Bear plus clubbell flag squat. Great effort Girls- challenge your fears- that should be the thema of todays workout- You made it!!!!!!
