Thursday evening- time to get things done. Tough protocol prepared for 2 warriors. 90/30 x2 – two rounds of really demanding exercises.
Not only bodyweight today- boxes, suspension, kettlebells, clubbells and pull up bar used today to make your workout complete girls.
In this protocol we focussed on constant movement though out the 90 seconds of each working phase with 30 seconds of rest and prep for the next one.
Lounging, lifting, pulling up, rotating and more complemented with nice cooldown with yoga poses and good chat;))) Its good to see how bad you want it and how much you can give.
Its making me proud!!! Great effort and focus today.
