Tengu Fitness Recriuts class 3- this time we went for long working phase protocol- TACFIT BRAVO wchich is build on 4×4 timeset.After the specific Intuflow warmup, Recruits had to focus on breathing and keeping the pace of the movement in whole 4 minutes- keeping the form and breathing under control. We used kettlebell, clubbell, box and bodyweight though out the 4 working phases- and the exercises war nothing but demanding;)) especially the forward ellipse on the box- BURN in quads;)) 60 seconds recovery between the sets sounds like a lot but we quick find yout that it aint;) Great evening and Great workout girls- Warriors!!!!!
